Refund and Returns Policy for Varsasopic – Effective as of January 6, 2025

At Varsasopic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium food products. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple process for returns and refunds, subject to the following terms.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (sealed packaging, if applicable).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@varsasopic.com or call us at (252) 338-3418 to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent any damage during return shipping.
  4. Ship the Item Back: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via credit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, you may receive a partial refund if the product is not returned in its original condition or if there are missing parts.
  • Non-refundable Items: As noted above, items such as opened food products or personalized items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs at no additional charge to you. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can return the item according to our Return Process once you receive it.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunding Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
